Montana diocese wants Ch. 11 dismissed amid impasse with lenders

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Great Fall-Billings, Montana is wanting to have its nearly year old personal bankruptcy dismissed, citing a “substantial length” between itself and creditors saying intercourse punishment by clergy in crafting a restructuring program.
